What we collect (and why)
- Your name and email (when you sign up or chat with us)
- Your website URL (so we can monitor and update it)
- Chat messages (processed by AI, not stored long-term)
We don't collect payment data - invoicing is handled separately.
Access credentials are shared through encrypted one-time links that self-destruct after viewing. We never see your passwords.
All data stored in the EU (Hetzner Cloud, Germany). GDPR compliant.
We don't sell data to anyone. Period.
Your rights: You can request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing [email protected]
Terms of Service
WPulse provides automated WordPress maintenance: updates, backups, and health checks.
We need a secure connection to your server to perform maintenance.
If an update breaks something, we automatically roll back to the backup. We can't guarantee zero downtime, but we do everything we can to prevent it.
Pricing: 99 kr/month per site, or 990 kr/year (save 2 months). Monthly or yearly invoicing.
Cancel anytime, no lock-in, no questions asked.
We take complete backups before every update. If data loss occurs despite backups, liability is limited to one month's service fee.
Maintenance runs monthly (1st of each month at 03:00 UTC).

We don't install any plugins on your site. All maintenance runs through a secure, encrypted connection.
